After an extremely successful inaugural BioForum conference in 2007, the AusBiotech Victorian Branch is pleased to invite you to participate in BioForum08.
The theme for 2008 is "Biotechnology means Business" and the program will examine the business environment of the local industry as it moves forward and will focus on the key stakeholders within the Victorian biotechnology industry and their interaction with each other.
The topical program will include sessions discussing the economical state of the industry, the successes and failures of Victorian biotech companies and an ‘On the Couch' session that allows you to add your voice to the key discussions about challenges and issues the industry is facing, in endeavouring to determine what Victorian and Australian biotechnology requires to improve and enhance business success.
Bioforum08 will expand on the strong foundation built by last year's conference which attracted over 100 delegates including senior management and key personnel from biotech companies, VCs and various government agencies.
BioForum08 will connect the members from AusBiotech and the Victorian sector and provide excellent networking opportunities including a conference dinner at Le Parisian on the waterfront and a networking reception at the historic Carousel.

AusBiotech Victorian Branch presents BioForum08
BioForum08 will bring together members from AusBiotech and the Victorian and National biotech community who are passionate about the future and well being of our biotechnology sector.
BioForum08 will provide the opportunity to get together with colleagues and other key biotechnology stakeholders including, innovators, service providers, capital investors, and Government representatives - not to mention the exceptional conference speaker panel and the enjoyment associated with a venue such as Four Points, Sheraton Geelong.
